Cadian Sleep ("Cadian", "we", "us") sells grounding sheets and sleep products to customers in Australia from cadiansleep.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can ask us about it.

What we collect
When you browse, buy, subscribe, email us, or use a discount code, we may collect:
- Name, email, phone, delivery and billing address
- Order, payment, shipping and return details
- Subscription details for Mouth Tape and Nose Strips
- Messages you send us, including contact-form and support emails
- Device and usage data such as pages viewed, cart activity, and approximate location
- Marketing interaction data from our ads and emails, where those tools are in use
We do not ask for health records. If you choose to tell us about sleep, recovery or a medical condition in a message, we treat that as correspondence, not as a health file.
How we use it
- Take payment, fulfil orders, and ship inside Australia
- Run subscriptions, renewals, cancellations and the customer portal
- Process 100-night trials, refunds and warranty requests
- Send order, shipping and subscription emails
- Reply to questions and complaints
- Show our website, remember your cart, and measure what is working
- Run ads and email marketing, where you have agreed or Australian law allows it
- Prevent fraud and keep the store secure
Who we share it with
We use other companies to run the store. They only get what they need to do their job:
- Shopify, to host the store, checkout and customer accounts
- Payment providers used at checkout, including Shop Pay where you choose it
- Recharge, to run Mouth Tape and Nose Strips subscriptions
- Our Australian fulfilment partner, to pack and ship orders
- Carriers, to deliver and track parcels
- Email and ads tools we use to send campaigns and measure them, including Meta where ads are running
- Shipping-protection and returns tools, if you add them or start a return
Some of those companies store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We use them because the store cannot run without them. If you want more detail on a specific tool, email us.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and ads
The site uses cookies and similar tools for checkout, the cart, preferences, analytics and advertising. You can block cookies in your browser. The store and checkout may not work properly if you do.
If you arrived from a Meta ad, Meta may receive events that you viewed a page, added a product, or placed an order. That is how we know which ads are worth running.
How long we keep it
We keep order and customer records for as long as we need them to fulfil the order, handle a trial or refund, meet tax and consumer-law duties, and resolve disputes. Marketing contacts stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, unless we still need the record for an order.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails in one click. You can cancel a subscription in the customer portal or by emailing us.

Children
The store is for adults buying for themselves or their household. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
