Shipping policy

Cadian Sleep currently ships inside Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at launch, and we do not offer express.
Service
Standard shipping only. Transit time is 4 to 8 business days after the order is dispatched, to Australian addresses. Remote and PO Box addresses can sit at the longer end of that range.
Rates
- Free on orders of $100 and over
- $10 on orders under $100
- Free on every subscription order, including renewals
A grounding sheet order is always over $100, so sheet orders ship free. The $10 rate is for smaller one-time carts, such as a single Mouth Tape or Nose Strips pack without a subscription.
Optional shipping protection at checkout is a separate add-on. It is not required.
Where we cannot ship
We cannot complete checkout to an address outside Australia. If you are buying as a gift, the delivery address still needs to be in Australia.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are packed in Australia. You get a tracking email when the parcel is with the carrier. The 4 to 8 business day window is transit time, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays from the carrier, weather, or an incomplete address sit outside that window.
Failed delivery
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, email hello@cadiansleep.com. We can reship after any extra carrier cost is paid, or refund the product if you no longer want it. The original outbound shipping is not always refundable on a failed delivery that was not our error.
Returns
Trial and change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer. Read the refund policy for the 100-night sheet trial and the rest of the rules.
