This is how refunds and returns work at Cadian Sleep. Australian Consumer Law rights sit alongside this policy and are not limited by it.
Start a return by emailing hello@cadiansleep.com with your order number.
100-night sleep trial, sheets
Sleep on a Cadian grounding sheet for up to 100 nights. If it has not improved your sleep and recovery, return the product in good condition for a full refund. The customer pays return shipping. There is no restocking fee.
Good condition means the sheet can go back to another customer: unstained, uncut, and washed as care instructions allow. We cannot refund a sheet that has been damaged, altered, or returned incomplete.
The 100 nights start from delivery. Message us inside that window and we will send return instructions. Once we receive the sheet and confirm it is in good condition, we refund the product price to the original payment method within five business days. Outbound shipping is not refunded on a trial return unless Australian Consumer Law requires it.
100-night sleep trial, mat
The same 100-night trial applies to the grounding mat. Return it in good condition. The customer pays return shipping. Full refund of the product price if the return is accepted.
Mouth Tape and Nose Strips
Unopened packs can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened consumables are not returnable unless they are faulty or Australian Consumer Law requires a remedy. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. We do not refund renewal charges for packs you have already received, unless the product is faulty.
Socket Tester and other add-ons
Unused add-ons can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If you return a sheet under the 100-night trial, unused add-ons from the same order can come back with it.
How to return
- Email hello@cadiansleep.com inside the trial or return window.
- We send the return address and what to include.
- You pack the product and pay the return postage to us in Australia.
- We inspect it and process the refund once it is accepted.
We do not offer store credit instead of a refund unless you ask for it. We do not collect returns from your home.
Faulty or missing items
If something arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, email us with photos and your order number. We will replace it or refund it. You should not have to pay return shipping for a genuine fault.
Subscriptions
Cancel any time in the customer portal or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not by itself refund the current pack.
