These terms apply when you use cadiansleep.com or buy from Cadian Sleep. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

The products

Cadian products are textiles and sleep accessories. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. Read the science page for what the studies actually show, including sample sizes and limits.

Use the sheet or mat only with a correctly earthed outlet. Check the outlet with the supplied tester where one is included. Do not modify the cord or adapter.

Orders and prices

Prices are in Australian dollars. An order is an offer to buy. We can decline or cancel an order if we cannot fulfil it, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you.

Title in the goods passes when we dispatch them. Risk passes when the carrier delivers them, or when they are available for collection if the carrier cannot deliver.

Shipping

We ship to Australia only, on Standard service, 4 to 8 business days in transit. Free over $100, $10 under $100, and free on subscription orders. The shipping policy has the full detail.

Trials, refunds and subscriptions

The 100-night sleep trial on sheets requires you to return the product in good condition. You pay return shipping. The refund policy is the source of truth for returns. Mouth Tape and Nose Strips subscriptions renew at the pack price shown until you cancel. Cancel any time in the customer portal or by emailing us.

Your account

Keep your login and password to yourself. You are responsible for orders placed on your account. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, scrape it in a way that harms the store, or upload anything unlawful. We can refuse service if you do.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Outside those rights, Cadian is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for a product is limited to replacing it or refunding the amount you paid, to the extent the law allows.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the rest still applies.

We can update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top will change.
